"The place was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were large. The third sleeping space is a loft. The kitchen area was tiny, but stocked with things you would need for eating ( we did not cook there). It was easy to find and near a subway stop. Bathrooms were updated. The owner was easy to get a hold of."

"Not sure you could cook in the kitchen, but we didn't try.. it did not have air conditioning which many European places don't, but we happened it be in Paris during a heat wave and it was missed. Windows do open and you can get a breeze. Also there were fans."

Property was very responsive and we could pay €30 to check in hours earlier which we were really pleased with! Easy to find and the property has an external building lock, hallway lock and lock on the apartment door so felt safe once inside."

"The area is great but the road itself doesn’t feel especially ‘touristy’. As a group of 6 girls, we did at points feel unsafe at night walking back and unlocking the apartment building door and I wouldn’t recommend waiting around outside - just let yourself in and close the door behind you. There was at times a slight odour from the shower drain but we used the apartment as a base so didn’t bother us too much - we just kept the door closed."

"Siamo andati in 6 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentili da inizio a fine soggiorno e ad ogni richiesta o dubbio. L'accesso all'appartamento è stato molto facile ed era tutto pulito. L'appartamento in sé andava bene, la disponibilità di più bagni è stato fondamentale, le docce comode e funzionali, le camere da letto molto comode anche il letto sopra nonostante sia una piccola mansarda (adatto soprattutto ai più giovani)."

"Non ci sono stati grandi disagi ma qualcosa si può sempre migliorare. C'è una lavatrice ma non un piccolo stendino per appendere, ci siamo adattati comunque. Nei bagni tutto perfetto magari una piccola ventola nel bagnetto con solo wc potrebbe essere necessario. Delle pezze e un canavaccio potrebbero far comodo per la pulizia quotidiana e magari qualche stampella in più per gli armadi nelle camere da letto."

"Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. In den beiden Zimmern sind grosszügige Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Auf der Galerie nicht - da reicht die Höhe nicht aus, also kein Problem. Die Metro und Bushaltestellen sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenfalls nette Restaurants in allen Preisklassen. Wer mag, ist in 5 Fussminuten im Moulin Rouge. Gleich ums Eick ein kleiner, sehr guter Bäcker, unten im Haus ein kleiner, aber sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt."

"In den Bädern dürfte eine bessere Belüftung sein, es fehlen Halter für's WC-Papier - aber man kann sich arrangieren. Ich persönlich würde eine Abwaschmaschine einer Waschmaschine vorziehen (gegenüber ist ein Waschsalon und die Vormieter hatten es nicht so mit Abwaschen). Eine Garderobe wäre auch nicht schlecht - aber wie gesagt, man kann sich arrangieren."

"Er is een laag drempeltje in de gang naar de slaapkamers waar je heel erg makkelijk over struikelt omdat ie niet opvalt. Met name voor wat oudere mensen gevaarlijk. Het is ook in andere recensies genoemd. Ik zou sterk aanbevelen om er een markering op te plakken zoals bv een rode strip. Er is wel daglicht maar alleen uitzicht op binnenplaats of daken."
